Overview

The Villas Marlin Condominium is a complex on the beach, with three swimming pools, a snack bar at the main pool, tennis court, travel agency, laundry, Cable TV, telephone service and a convenience store.

It is located on the Km. 13.5 of the Kukulkan Blvd. in the Hotel Zone. This is practically, midpoint of Cancun Island and just behind Kukulcan Plaza, one of the best known shopping centers in Town, boasting a large variety of shops, boutiques, restaurants, and a large Food Court.

You can find a wide array of services within a mile range of the complex, such as marinas, restaurants, car rentals, etc. In addition, the newest shopping and entertainment center, "LA ISLA SHOPPING VILLAGE" is only some 300 yards away.

The Rates reflect the cost of the vacation rental condominium and is the total price of your reservation. You may occupy up to the maximum occupancy listed above, which is the available beds in the condominium. The condominium comes with the appliances and amenities as listed on the column on the left.

The rate includes the following services: access to the beach, access to the swimming pool and sun chairs, Fresh linens and towels upon arrival and welcome kit. If housekeepong service is required please ask our staff upon arrival (this service has an extra charge).

Security Deposit
We ask for a security deposit upon your arrival of $1000.00 USD that can be paid with credit card or cash, it will be refunded upon your departure. If extra cleaning is required concerning the curtains or upholstery, or if any damage has been done, including breakage, there will be an extra charge. We kindly request you to hand over the unit, the way it was given to you.
