The Rates reflect the cost of the vacation rental condominium per night in USD, minimum stay 3 nights. You may occupy up to the maximum occupancy listed above, which is the available beds in the condominium. The condominium comes with the appliances and amenities as listed on the column on the left side of this page. The rates may change without previous notice.** Development restrictions may apply **
The rate includes the following services: access to the beach, access to the swimming pool and sun chairs, Fresh linens and towels upon arrival and welcome kit. If housekeeping service is required please ask our staff upon arrival (this service has an extra charge).

Security Deposit GuaranteeWe ask for a security deposit upon your arrival of $1,000.00 USD that can be provided to us by credit card or cash, it will be refunded 7 labor days after your departure. We require you to deliver the unit the way you received it. *If the safe key is lost, a charge of $100 USD will be incurred*
