Terms/Recommendations
The Rates reflect the cost of the vacation rental condominium and is the total price of your reservation. You may occupy up to the maximum occupancy listed above, which is the available beds in the condominium. The condominium comes with the appliances and amenities as listed on the column on the left.
The rate includes the following services: access to the beach, access to the swimming pool and sun chairs, Fresh linens and towels upon arrival and welcome kit. If housekeepong service is required please ask our staff upon arrival (this service has an extra charge).

Security Deposit
We ask for a security deposit upon your arrival of $500.00 USD cash, it will be refunded upon your departure. If extra cleaning is required concerning the curtains or upholstery, or if any damage has been done, including breakage, there will be an extra charge. We kindly request you to hand over the unit, the way it was given to you.
